I'm running 20ga... Made mine from scratch one is 47" the other is 49". I'm sure you could get away with two 48" ers. My RX is here. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1423459178.480424.jpg

I have both stabs glued and one wing that is it. Visiting my grandson for his birthday right now so no work being done. Have you determined what elevator servo length we will need? The manual says 36" but in some searching I see some use 48". I forgot to measure before I left and I was thinking of ordering while I am away so it's there when I get back. I like to get the heavy 29 awg from Taildragger.

Just searched the manual and found nothing regarding the elevator servo extensions. After 10 builds with EF, I'm noticing this is about the lightest manual I've seen from them.

I do know that in the 91" Yak manual they say 48" if you plan to remove the stab for transport and 36" if you don't. I bought 36" for this plane based on that, but haven't tried them on yet.

Debating on Savox 2230/31 for rudder and doing push pull. With DA 70 up front. Rest thinking 2270 /73s for ailerons and elevator with HT 5665 on throttle. HV with 3s and BEC s to a power safe. Silly ? Where do you get the small foam wire keepers?

Oh I know where thanks. Azhar at Aztech. I was looking at opinions on the choice, size, wt, torque, etc sorry I wasn't clear.

RC buyers has some of those keepers locally. I also got some from Azhar. I have had to start using them again for the Jeti antenna.

I am big fan of sticking to the same servos in a plane if I can. Only the rudder do I sometimes go with more torque.

I almost talked myself into 7980THs yesterday, but the .14 speed is just too slow and the 7970TH are not enough torque so I am back to the 2231 plan. I figure with the 7000+ watts, I want my surfaces to have no possible blow back and to just take the extra 2.5 ounces of weight.

I am one project away from starting this build.
