So whats the latest in the 40%er? Would really like to see some more vid of it at least. How far off do you estimate it to be before setting it loose on the public?

I'm not sure if it's even decided if it will be released to the public or not. The team wanted something they could compete (IMAC) with and so they did a one off is my understanding. If it does well and is received well I bet they would release a 100cc plane but at this time I think it's strictly a competition plane.
