I think he going with something a little more aggressive. Lazer from what I've seen, leans toward flying like the Slick. His power is DLE61

Ok stuck between a rock and a hard place, I have a low use 89 slick that I do not love, I really like other planes in the hanger actually really like my 42 slick and fell in love with my 104 on the 2nd flight, The 89 just doesn't fit my style of flying, So I kinda want a Pilot extra 30%, my question is I dont like the 89 it floats too much, its kinda sloppy and i cant seem to get it to carry energy in tumbles. Has any one flown both? I Want to know if i should take a chance on the Pilot, hell i got the 89 stupid cheap in a by chance situation at work so its kinda hard to sale it as @ChickenBalls really wants it but knows what i payed for it and hes too good of a friend to rip off or **** on by giving it to some one else. Don't shoot me for the shirt in my pic Im sure I was mowing grass or hitting on ugly women. I guess it boils down to this is the Pilot extra amazing??? lol

For what it's worth, I really like my Pilot 30% Edge. If you're looking for sharp, crisp and capable, it's pretty much got it. Good little plane with lots of potential. Very easy to get into violent knife edge spins. Crazy cool inverted pop-tops. And trust me, it's one tough little plane. It even does cartwheels after rudder bumpin' and keeps on flying.

For what it's worth, I really like my Pilot 30% Edge. If you're looking for sharp, crisp and capable, it's pretty much got it. Good little plane with lots of potential. Very easy to get into violent knife edge spins. Crazy cool inverted pop-tops. And trust me, it's one tough little plane. It even does cartwheels after rudder bumpin' and keeps on flying.

EF Edge is the ticket or the 300. I liked the Red Aero RC Corvus in the 91" plan. I think mine was 18# with the Gay Power 61, stock muffler, 6 servos, 3600 LiPo pack.

He is looking at EF and both of us have emailed them, BUT sadly the merge with #%$^ must be already affecting getting any response back from them. It's all good, he is having fun shopping around. I'm actually pushing him toward the PAU Edge.

Bunky my email works, and have never had any trouble getting EF to respond, but looks like they busy with SEFF, and Nall, it's all good. I did resend my email, but respond or not, will be difference, on what he purchases. I know they didn't attend seff, but in case that might be used as an excuse, just threw it out there
