Don't know if this will help but, I bought my single axle 6x12 with extended height this past January. It is serving me well. My son and I have had 2 40%'ers and 2 35%'ers on the floor. I could have put more, however I built some cupboards up front. I plan to add a "roll out" middle shelf this coming spring. That will give me room for 3 40's on the floor, and another 40 above with room to spare for 3 35's. Now with that being said, I like my trailer and it is very easy to pull. However just as BJ said, bigger is better. Just like our planes. If you can afford it and it is not an inconvienence to store...get the bigger one. I wish I had more room, but I am learning to make do with what I have.Guys, opinions on trailer size? I'm looking at a 6 x 12 and a 7 x 14. My F350 will pull either. I have a 35%, a 40% and will probably add another similar someday. That smaller single axle would be a lot easier to pull. Thanks
