I'm glad they are not ready yet....my shop is taking all my $$ right now.

As for those molds.....I'd love one for my edge! I plan to recover it and split the cowl.

Damn, I kept telling Terry that I wanted one if it was an ARF.
Now that I just bought a new truck, I don't have the extra fund to buy one.

Looks great, congratulations to Herve and Terry, an awesome looking plane.

I've been away for a while...Wow! The Viper is too cool for words. Awesome colors. My favorite part is the vented cowl. Bad to the bone! I would love to have one someday. It's as sexy as a Formula 1 racer. Like ryan_m...I'm at the 50cc limit. I'm still working on getting the hardware for my 50cc Redwing Extra. Congratulations Terry and Herve...good luck keeping this one in stock.

Happy Friday! Mailman brought me all kinds of goodies the last couple of days. I'm taking the afternoon off to get this plane outfitted. Unfortunately it's also a perfect flying day, so I'm taking one for the team!!! Next week is looking like highs in the 50's and windy:mad:, but we'll try to get out for a maiden video ASAP. If not we are heading to Council Bluffs next weekend so maybe have to do a little maiden day down there!!

Let's get down to business. Here are some of the goodies that I'm putting in today:

- Got my 3600mah Glacier packs, very highly rated and recommended. Next choice was Pulse, may have to get a couple of those as well.
- Savox Servos. 1270's on all surfaces, 2230 on rudder and 1267 on throttle.
- Servo arms from @Taildraggerrc which have been really great. This is the third plane this set will be on and the only thing I have had happen is the M1 screws heads poped off on most of them. I drilled them out and use a 2-56 with a nut and threadlock, no more issues.
- Heavy duty extensions, flange mount aileron multi-connector from Taildragger and a DA fuel dot that I have on hand.
- PAU kits include the adjustable hardware and control rod links, since this is a prototype I am making all my own links to determine the correct lengths for the kits. I do this with 4-40 threaded rod sleeved with carbon fiber, really works well as long as you put some glue so that the carbon fiber is not loose on the threads. I use thick CA for this.
