Just getting started posting photos from Florida Jetweek 2016. BVM Jets caught my attention with their line of Plug-n-Play fueled turbine jet aircraft. They're somewhere between an ARF and a RTF kit with a lot of the complex systems already installed in an airframe that is physically complete for the most part.
The Plug-n-Play line of aircraft takes a lot of the tech work out of the build and will save you a lot of time as well. From BVM's F-16 product page;

New News: The Tiger Meet in Scranton, South Carolina was well attended. The YAK's sturdy landing gear performed well on the grassfield.
Wingspan: 79"
Length: 94"
Weight: 34# ready for fuel
Engine: 140-160 Newtons
There have been 3 prototype models built and flown. They were flown and displayed at Kentucky Jets, Super Jets South, and 12 O'Clock High. The YAK-130 won prestigious scale and flying awards at all three events. The BVM staff has worked closely with representatives of the factory staff to bring to market a product worthy of the BVM brand name.
About 150+ successful flights have been accomplished allowing us to evaluate the engine installation, fuel system, pneumatic systems, landing gear and door systems, control travels, center of gravity, gyro application, etc.
A typical BVM manual has been prepared to allow you to apply 12-15 hours of hobby time to prepare the YAK-130 for flight. The price of the YAK-130 is $7,950.00. You add radio receiver, batteries, BVM U.A.T., pilot, and a 140 class engine.
The Plug and Play features of the YAK are very similar to the BVM F-16 and Cougar.
A Factory installed smoke system and very scale landing gear and doors are included. The BVM manual allows most jet guys to get it flight ready in a few days of modeling time.
Price $7,950.00
plus actual DHL delivery costs to your door (approx. $700.00)
Frankie Mirandes and son Ricardo came to Orlando for a few days of recreational jet flying (October 2015). Frankie got a ride on Greg Arnette's YAK-130 and Ricardo was practicing for Red Flag with his BVM Electra on EVF 12S "9er" power. The flying skills and love of jets runs in the family.

You can call Patty or Heather at 407-327-6333 and help us get your YAK-130 ownership underway.
Note: David Ribbe of Flex Innovations.com has a new Aura Gyro that can be factory set for your YAK-130. Thus far, the YAK has been flown with the Aura and the Cortex Demon Gyros. BVM first flies and trims the model with no gyro assist. Then, of course, your flight presentation can be enhanced with a properly set-up gyro of your choice.

The world of “Plug and Play” has officially met the world of turbine jets. Now you can literally assemble your jet in a few hours. Our team has taken the guesswork out of properly installing, rigging, labeling, and plumbing the complex controls, pneumatic, and fuel systems. Once you open the box, the simple tasks of joining the front and rear fuse, connecting clearly labeled air lines, routing servo wires to your receiver, and finally mounting your turbine, can be accomplished with minimum time and facilities.
