Bug Alert Can't upload pictures

@GSNadmin @Xtreme_Power_RCS I've read some people are having trouble posting pictures. I just tried to post some and got the same error message.

One other thing I wanted to add, I've been having some trouble logging in. When I'm on the home screen and push the log in button at the top right, it just gives me the little moving bar next to the button and doesn't do anything. If I click the forum button to go to the forum page, I can log in normally from there.
