Hello all.
I want to put up my 40% Carden Cap 232 for sale. It's setup for a DA170 and compact mufflers.
I probably put about a dozen flights on it after getting it until I noticed the front wing mount hard points were pulling loose from the wing. I decided to take the time to recover it (original 2005 covering) and double-bevel the aileron gaps while repairing the wing root as well. Then real life intervened and I simply don't have the time or money to finish this project up.
I've always liked Cap and this thing flies fantastic. Power with a 170 is just dumb!
Overall the plane is in good shape minus the covering and wing damage. The hard to find cowl, canopy, and wheel pants are still perfect.
Included with it will be most of the electronics I used which include NES-4131 on throttle, 6 HS 5955 for rudder and ailerons, 2 8611 for elevators, and Sullivan smoke pump with 7.4v li-ion battery pack. Also including wing and elevator bags.
Good deal for someone that wants a rare and great flying 40% with some work!
