Same one, I just figured I would post it here as well; because I haven't posted here in awhile . EPBuddy did offer me a full refund for the 3 batteries I have though :thumbup:

Not surprised in the least. They are one of the best vendors in the world at customer service. Glad you got it taken care of!

Yes they are, and I'm sure that the batteries would've been fine and that one was just a fluke; but I think I am going to switch over to Pulse 45c batteries. Maybe Glacier will come out with a new line of 45c batteries, if so I think they could easily compete with Pulse batteries based on the 30c packs and their awesome customer service. I still use the 30c 5000mah batteries in my 74" Edge
