Some interesting data here.
Using the same prop, I will post some data / testing, with before and after replacing the canisters with JTEC mufflers on my DA 200....

any unexpected events: (list any info, like deadstick, etc....) Airplane was running well. this flight was 12 minutes long. The flight after this one, the crankshaft twisted and the motor was sent in to DA. They replaced all the damaged parts, and once it returned, I made some changes to the airframe. Biggest of which was to remove the canisters, and install JTEC mufflers.

this 4th telemetry post, is of a different airplane, but using a brand new DA 200 Light, and 2 into 1 headers, which i lengthened the header by 1.25" compared to stock, (to allow the stinger exit to be in an appropriate placement in the bottom of the fuselage).
But what I have learned,
the 1st airplane, had, higher RPM, back when the flights were in 100's, not 300's, but as flights accumulated, the canisters get carbon build up, and this lowers performance over time. SO the second airplane, I will expect, over time, to get lower RPM. I will, however, clean them out, once I get to 300 flights.
