very cool. that was my dream job growing up but the USAF didn't find my eyesight to be up to their standards so I was politely excused from consideration. now I review food and movies, otherwise known as long haul airline pilot.
so when you do that giant scale A-10 twin-turbine build we'll be expecting a very thorough build thread!

I would love to do a large scale A-10 project, but will have to wait for "unlimited" funds and time, aka retirement, I believe for that particular project!

I have to say that I miss watching the 188th practice here at Ft. Smith, AR. I still get to watch some C130 touch and go's, but it is not quite the same as an A-10!!!
