I installed Jtec mufflers and a 2/56 ball link for the throttle. For the mufflers, I used Copper RTV. I have had excellent success with this method. Since I had the motor mount, I already had the holes ready. This made the install super easy.
I decided to put the ignition module inside of the engine box. There is a nice removeable panel on top, so I attached it to that. I ran the wires out the side of the engine box.
Next I cut the cowl and added baffling. For baffling I used the 5mm foam from the craft store. I rolled it up to the right size and made a tube. I cut the correct angles and attached it to the cowl. Now the air that goes into the 2 openings goes right into the heads.
Final weight is 20lbs, 8oz. I am happy with that weight. Balance is right on the wingtube with the batteries where they are. I am very happy about that as that is right where I wanted to put the batteries.
