I've got one in my 71" Slick and love the 4330.

isn't the 4330 about as big as the 5320? Or somewhere in between the 5320 and 4325

Anyone running the 4525 280 in a 78" extra? I was drooling at one on my favorite porn site ( Desert Aircraft Australia ) I think power wise it should be an usable setup

Mate, that setup will struggle to 3D.

You will need a decent 10s and above package to huck the 78".

Most are running either the power140 or hacker A60-16M on 10s and 20-22" props.

I think it's in between. But with the extra bearing it can swing a larger diameter prop I believe. The design is more like that of the 4325 too, longer can, rather than the short and wide design like the 5320 is.

No issue with a 20" prop on the 70" mate.

with that motor you can easy swing a 20x8 Xoar and the planes a blast and heaps stable on that size prop.

I found hovers and harriers super stable on 20", but because the dm5320-300 isn't rated for violent stuff on that size I settled for 19x10. Same amps and more thrust but not quite as stable post stall as the 20".

Nice that was my only concern apart from that I can't go wrong with a EF it will be good to see how a big lecky feels it should eat the bandit in vertical too and that's a pretty big call. Cheers dude I'll have to get the orange blue silver the red blue yellow just don't sit right

good choice mate, the yellow sort of appeals to one gender stereotype maybe?? Mind you though, if youre one of the guys that has trouble with orientation at height, I bet the yellow one stands out like anything.

Hahaha IMO it looks a bit like a mentos wrapper not my cuppa tea and the old laser orientation detecters work fine. Are your packs side by side or inline? I can't seem to find any build logs on the beast hence all the questions

my packs are side by side. My motor is a bit heavier then yours so my packs are right against the wing tube.

You'll need standoffs, I use 3" DA standoffs and all works well. Your motor is a bit longer so I'm not sure how much you will need, but the 70" extra cowl is adjustable when building within a few mm here and there.
