Guys,
got some video of my 70" EF Extra in the park today.

Enjoy.

That was some nice flying. That thing looks pretty floaty.

I thought about getting a 70'' Extra but i went with the 78'' instead. I love the orange scheme on the 70'' though.

I love the 60" extra... I wonder if there is any plans to make the tail of the 78" extra EXP size. It would would be on the short list close to the 78" MXS and 91" Extra if it did.

Joe, how do you think the tail authority compares to the 60"?

It definitely doesn't have the authority of the 60'' but it's still plenty! The tail surfaces are the same size as my buddies 50cc OMP Yak. It still has enough momentum to flip end over end 3 to 4 times in a crankshaft though.

I want the 91'' Extra bad, but i also want the 78'' MXS and 91'' Yak. What's a fella to do!?

The 70" is a great in between size I reckon.

I've flown it twice at the park now and it floats along very nice when needed and flying in that double soccer oval space seems pretty easy now.
No way could I have done that 12 months ago. 48" planes on 4s would eat all that space in my early days.

Did you check out the 3drcf T shirt. Sweet.

Its lighter then it looks.... only 1.5kg all up!!! lol......

Good thing I fly FUTABA, I'd hate to be a spectrum guy and be worried about it going off the air every now and again!!

I love radio wars! Just in case you two hadn't see it, we have a radio wars thread that has slowed down some, and could use some good spirited sparring: http://www.3drcforums.com/showthread.php?681-Radio-Wars-Part-2
