Strange, I must have unsubscribed and I couldn't find it. I didn't really think you would close it with all the good info in there.
Hey, Josh and I are trying to figure out a creative place to put my 3DRCFORUMS.COM decal on my 78 to be "subtle" for IMAC!!! Hahaha
Those black boxes under the wing are looking good!

Wow got in some windless flights this morning with my 60" Edge 540. On my 33'rd flight with it and has been all 15+mph until today. I could not believe how much better I was hovering it. No tail touches but was able to hold it locked for a long time including sliding down lower. I am looking forward to the Laser but I am so happy with the 540. It is exactly what I was looking for. Other than the hovering this plane handles the wind with no problems.

I still miss mine. Chris was giving me some advice the other day, and one of the things he mentioned was getting one plane, and sticking with it long enough to really get to know it.

It's got me thinking about reshuffling my fleet a little, so I can focus on two or so models in a few different sizes... Like a 60" and an 88" Edge, or a 78" and a 60" MXS.

Hmmm....

Loving my 78... feels almost like a 50cc plane, but way easier to transport. Less fuel thirsty, easier all around. More manueverable than 50cc planes, and yet more imac/smooth flying by far than a 70" class plane like a 71" Slick. Actually considering selling off the 71" Slick and keeping the 78" Extra since I like it so much more.

Go the extra's Gary.
Absolutely love the 60" extra and soon the 91" I'm sure.

Edge is super great down low, almost impossible to induce wing rock, but it don't draw lines as nice as the extra does them.

The 60" extra, is so amazingly stable in a glide to land, I can cut my throttle at 30 feet up, gentle nose down approach and it is almost effortless doing three point touchdowns.

I've had the extras in multiple sizes from both EF and 3DHS.

I'm definitely more of an Edge guy :D
