The Tiger cat doesn't have exterior control pusrods and its impossible for me to use the same method as I did for the Dalotel, I decided to try something like this with bevel gears, once pleased with the design, I have already started printing parts to assemble a proof of concept , then if all goes well, will make the real thing

The aileron will have rotating shaft as in this picture held by ball bearings , the servo wing rib will be reinforced it should work quite well but good or bad , I will not hide behind my keyboard

Thanks, it is a good system but for smaller models where there is less stress, remember this airplane is very large as compare to what this system was intended for, Now I wish I would have made this airplane smaller LOL

So for now I reverted back to this more standard system, the bevel gear system would work but much mods would have to be made
