Hmmm..... a thought comes to mind. Variable pitch prop.... Equals Heli style blades on prop equals heli cyclic for variable pitch??

It would be more on the lines of the tail rotor of a heli and the mechanics behind that.

This was no tail rotor, it looked like the main rotor head from a 600 or so and main blades from a 450

I just watched an HD video of it and right before he spools it up you can see definite cyclic style movement, not just pitch.
