Just thought I put this out here......For those who do not want to lug a metal suitcase to the field I found what I think is a really cool radio case at a really cool price.....10 bucks. Automotive interior grade finish and compact design. Available in Camo, Grey, Red, Orange, Blue.

No it does not so don't drop it. It is sturdy enough to prevent something weighing a few pounds from harming the radio if you dropped something on it or it started getting slung around your vehicles interior from the "mad dash" to the field to get that good parking spot.

I've seen people saying that using coupons + offers that they are getting dow into the low $900's with free shipping. Hard to beat that!!
