Not sure if this was said but a good plane stand.

Wing and Stab bags to protect your bird when building it. A dremel with sanding disk and cutting disk, and good allen wrenchs both long and short. After that a torque wrench for props, scroll saw and drill press, Drill guide, Incidence meter, good ruler and degree meter.

I couldn't live without my cutting mats and a good straight edge or 5.

Invest in a good set of metric drivers, like the Scorpions. http://www.scorpionsystem.com/catalog/tools_1/

They are a little pricey, but well worth it, my opinion. They have just come out with a tap and die for metrics as well. The taps and dies are ubber expensive. Even sponsored pilots like myself, the price is still a little high.
But for the bling value, they are tops!
