How to Hinge with Gorilla Glue

Yes it does expand, which is great as it fills in all of the gap so the hinge fits tight. Any glue that expands out of the hole that might get stuck to the outside wipes away easily as it does not stick to covering that great.

It only takes a pea drop size of glue in the hole. Also make sure once you put a pea drop size in each hole you lay the surface flat on the table as you prep the hinges.

It is, but when you open a brand new Arf there is actually enough moisture inside to activate the glue. If you live in a place very dry like Arizona and you open your ARF and let it sit for a few days to a week then you might need to add a little moisture.

I know Colton Clark told me when he moved from Georgia to Arizona his airplanes lost a a very small amount of weight due to how dry it is in Arizona.
