Hey Rob;
Plane Fly's great , you just have to keep the speed up on landings . I seen another build some years ago , it had a DA-50 in it and it weighed about 25 pounds.
Mine has a 3W 85B2 in it and it is 25-26 pounds 26 with fuel . I do think the wings build a bit heavy, but with the carbon spars in them they are super strong.
Before you glue the Cabane plates in the fuselage do call me.

DA60 on Canister, about 24 pounds... and a significant amount of lead in the nose...that twin would sound sweet!
