Hey guys, I just registered for the event. I was invited by Matt fouts a member at Kennett, I don't think he is on forums much though. I am looking forward to meeting you all and flying with you! This will be my first event to fly at and I am a little nervous, I am not a great 3D pilot like some of you are, but I do like to push my limited skill set to the max.

Seriously though, skills are not a big deal...I've been to a handful of flyins and I've always had a great time even though I don't compare in skills to most of the pilots. It really is a great place to have fun and meet other guys that you know from the forums, hang out, have fun, learn new skills, see other peoples planes setups, meet vendors, and buy tickets for an incredible raffle...you have a decent chance of going home with a brand new airframe or motor or servos or electronics, or .... (refer to Blake's posting on raffle prizes for more details!). Looking forward to meeting you there!

@SnowDog, I was at the Bowling Green fly-in last year (just visiting, not flying). I may have met you there or at least saw you fly. I met a bunch of people there and had a blast, but only had a couple of hours that one day so I didn't get to know everyone that well. I look forward to flying with you in a few weeks.
