Make your own electric fueler!

Thought I'd share the fuel jug/fueler I made for myself.

This one is a bit different from the manufactured ones you'd buy off the shelf or order online. The actual pump is located inside the jug.

I'll start with the materials used:

1. 5 gallon motocross Jerry can
2. Project box from Radio Shack
3. Fuel pump, fuel injection pump out of a Polaris Ranger
4. Switch, standard winch rocker switch
5. Battery, 3s lipo I've had lying around forever
6. Misc, thru tank barbed fitting, deans plugs, wiring, fuel tubing

Here are the internals of the battery box...pretty simple to wire up.

There is one downfall to this system because of the fuel injection pump, it won't pump backwards to defuel. This isn't really an issue for me as I rarely defuel. If I need to defuel, I can use my hand crank jug setup.
