Motor, battery, prop combo help

Looking for some help here guys. I don't really do the electric thing. But I have beat the crap out of an EF Edge EXP and found a EF 58" Extra 300 with a small wreck so I took on a little project. Now I'll have to figure out how to haul 2 fully assembled planes on the 4wheeler to the cornfield down the street. It has a Scorpion 4020-12 motor, 80amp castle creations, 10amp BEC. Going to run 6s power. I have no idea how to decide on props. I bought a 15x8e and 16x8e APC at the hobby shop since they are so cheap. Any insight? Thanks for the help!
