If i may (a) you could add a couple of hands to do your clerical work, like moving posts to correct boards, fixing some links, bringing posts that need you attention to your notice, like a moderator (b) Adding a donation link in one corner, i guess is very much in order, if you do, please make Paypal donation an option

I think the donation link is a great idea, special contributors-only swag not so much. I think if it was promoted a little more heavily, many members would buy GSN-themed merchandise knowing the margins go to supporting the site (I'd love to buy some decals, for instance). Many will also make a straight contribution. Just my 2 cents.

I would definitely go for shirts and stickers. Now is the time to start that, all the members are new here and there is a lot of excitement here compared to "other" sites.

I'd pay $10 a month to keep Sleepy off the site. Just kidding, you know I'll never pay anything!

This is turning into a great site, navigation gets easier the more we learn about the capabilities, and I know you guys are spending every available minute to make it all that it can be. Like everyone else said (and you're already doing....) feed the family first, keep the hobby in perspective. I don't think people make bank off of building and selling websites anymore, and I could see how managing something like this could absolutely consume you if you try to keep everyone happy.
