Looking around for poster board after tracing the front windshield on paper. Probably will find some on Amazon...........

The Dollar Tree has all the poster board you will ever need.

Seems like an unnecessary step, the poster board will not bend like the PETG will so what you think looks good may not when transferred to the PETG. I would transfer the pattern provided to the plastic and trim it to fit on your model. Plastic is like money, you can buy more tomorrow if you mess up!

Poster board is a waste of time he says, buy more petg if you screw up he says. Alright.........

Milling day. Decided to mill a window strip for the center window. Setup time took longer the the slitting.

Cut, trim, drill and sand to a usable strip.

I wedged the strip into a piece of wood to aid in sanding.

It looks good to me.

I switched to the other side. No, not that side, this side.

Did you fit the windshield?
That looks familiar?
You may want to consider the BUSA windshield, it has great scale detail along the bottom where it meets the boot cowl.
