Hi,


Just joined! My name is Ron Owens and I live in Galway on the West coast of Ireland. I have been involved in the hobby for 27 years. My first attempt at 3D was with a Great Planes U-CAN-DO-60. 3 years ago I went for it and bought a Pilot-RC SBACH 55cc. It's probably the best plane I've flown to date. It has a DLE-55 engine and Savox servos.

How's the weather across the pond? I was in Dublin back in June and got sun burned and thought I was going to have a heat stroke! Just curious if the weather is back to normal.

Hi ! Still warm'ish but the humidity has dropped a lot (we're just not used to it here!) So yes.. back to normal... rain with occasional showers !!!

Hello from the uk

Hi all, ive been flying cp helis for just short of 2 years, and thought that i would give fixed wing a go (a few weeks ago), and love it. at the moment ive got a wot 4 foam-e, and intend to get a 3d model in the not so distant future.
