Yea sometimes i can't beleve they pay me to do this..LOL.. the really cool thing is the airport i land at in Damman ,Saudi has a military complex also and in one of the hangers are a couple of stripped down MD500 Defender's. no guns or pods. but extra tanks. the field i work from is located 3 1/2 flight time. it makes for a real nice taxi to work. my own private Defender.. now if they would only let me bring it home..LOL

Hi Dave and welcome. You picked the most excellent site to come to bro and yes please post up some pics/vids of that Laser.

Hey guys,

excited to meet all of you! I fly a Katana MX and an XR-52 at Santa Clara County Model Aircraft Skypark (other wise known as Tomcats)! I've found that PA planes fly the best when it comes to 3D flying under 60". For all the new guys out there that are looking to get better at 3D, I'd suggest purchasing either the new XR-52 or Katana MX! Here's some pictures:

Welcome Ben, and nice flying. We love all the stuff that flies :D. I would encourage you to try some of the different offerings out there. PA certainly has its place but I do not find them to be generally superior to other brands. I tend to think they are too light, fragially built, and limited when it comes to tumbling as a result. Try a 60" EF plane and get hooked on violent tumbles including pop tops and KE spins.

You will find there are lots of opinions and a big wide world of awesomeness. Like I said, we like all the stuff that flies :D

Well put Nater... and for the record I would pit my 48" EF Extra 300 EXP against anything of equal size and some larger ones as well. Just not in my hands LMAO

Welcome to the boards Ben. :D
