Expo is a feeling thing and all up to personal preference, you could start with say 50% on all surfaces and if it feels too mushy then reduce or if it feels too touchy then increase it.....

Expo is usually reccomended in the manual.

Somewhat a matter of personal preference.

What works for me is 20-30% in lowest rates and 50-60% in highest rates.

hi mike, great forum you have here, great to read up on the posts and learn a thing or two
i have been flying for 11 years, i started when i was 8 ( now 19 )
currently flying a h9 Extra 300 35% powered by a DA 120 and loving it
i also fly at some of the shows and fly in's over here in the UK
