640cc Uber Pimp
OK, with the engine all set up it's time for a bolt on test fit. Then since I don't have to mount a throttle servo in the bottom of the engine box I cut a hole out under the carb in case of any drips during priming. Everyone knows what the inside of a 100cc cowl ends up looking like after a ton of flight time.
So along with that I decided to mix up some epoxy resin and thin it about 40-50% with alcohol and paint the inside of the engine box. Since it really does not add any real weight I painted the entire floor under the fuel system and also the bottom and sides of the landing gear area for exhaust residue sealant as well.
