3D Number of Hinges for a 40% Plane?

I'm hoping to make an order to Dalton to get the anti-rotation bushings and probably also buy some hinges.

I may go Robart and I may go with the Kavan's so I need to make my mind up.

What should the spacing on the hinges be?

Go with Robart - seven hinges per aileron. If you don't already have the little drill jig that Robart sells - get one.

I think there are 11 in my ailerons, 6 in my elevators and 6 DuBros in my removable rudder. The rest are Robarts.

The hinges are about 7" apart just be sure to NOT put a hinge right where the control horn should go!!
