You are really asking a lot from my memory. But I do know that I normally build to drawing, but I will replace as much as needed out of the kit for good light balsa. Use epoxy only were needed and the rest is always wood glue.
I do remember that the drawings showed the wings were partly sheeted and for certain reasons fully sheeted. Mine was partly Sheeted.
 
I did my wings partially aswell not sure why mine came out so heavy haha . But it seems my planes always seem to come out on the heavy side of the kit specs my cubs skybolt etc I used to use wood glue sometimes never really thought about it being lighter though good tip thank you
