Older DA-150 throttle question !

I just got my first big DA-150 & while trying to make linkage to the servo I'm wondring why there is such a giant hole on the arm ? There's a smaller hole there too but a ball ink would hit the choke ball link. Is there a some special bolt washer missing or do they make another arm for these ?

Turn the cone washer over, so that the cone fits in the hole. Then flat washer on the backside with a nut.
