Overlander Yak54 "Help Required "

New to GSN!
Just bought a Overlander Yak 54 this is my first step into these kind of planes,so could anyone on the forum tell me where the C & G is as i dont have an instruction manual,also i would like to fly it a little docile until i get into it,so what rates would i require for this setting.

I've never heard of Overlander, but.....

CG will most likely be recommended just in front of the wing tube. I'd balance it half way between the leading edge of the wing and the wing tube to be on the safe side. It's a lot easier to land a nose-heavy plane than it is a tail-heavy one. For control surface throws, I would set high rates somewhere around 45° on elevator and rudder, and max the ailerons out. Low rates, around 25-30° on the tail, 15-20° on ailerons. Once you get it flying, tweak and adjust to your liking.
