All gooooooooooood! Plane is very stable! DA 70 did not even hick up!. Ran the engine for the 3rd time on the ground for about a minute. Can get a solid 1200 rpm idle. 4th run and it hauled 17lbs in to the blue sky! Only flew 4 circles and landed because dip-chit here had ZERO expo set with full deflection throws! I only had to think about moving the stick and the plane changed direction . I landed and dialed in 60% on elev / aileron and 50% on rudder. Of course full throws at all times.
Back in to the air the second time and all I can say is WOW! This engine and plane combo is freakin awesome! Did a wall on take off and the tail goes ahead of the nose to what I thought would be an inverted fly out! I did hover for about 8 seconds to stabilize and then WOT and the beastly 70 yanked this bird out of its shoes! Landing the last flight was some what scary but no damage.
Did a real slow stall and no rollout type landing and caught the prop tip. There is only 1/2 inch ground clearance when the planes tail comes up for roll out. So a taller landing gear is in order. Some pics of todays fun and misery.

17 pounds!!! My EF 91 extra is at 21 and I thought I had decent power.... [emoji57] I'll have to rethink that one. Just don't pull your firewall out!
