Ok where do you live coming to pick that thing up first I need to for JoeNall this spring and then after I am done I will try to teach my grandson to ride the bike that is my daughter does not kill me for letting him ride a motor bike that will kill him in her eyes.

LoL......That was a birthday gift to me on my 10th birthday. Dad had to ride it first! To show mom it was ok :yesss:.

I got in to trouble because I started to ramp jump with it (Evil Kenevil thing) and mom made dad sell it :yesss:.

As a consolation I got a 5 speed with a banana seat :face-palm:. Went ahead and ramp jumped it too :yesss:.

I was surprised to find a picture of a restored one. Exactly like the one I had. I could fill the 2/3 gallon gas tank for 21 cents :yesss:.

"Yes ma'am!" I got It :concern:. lol

I really do! "got it"........This is the famous "Jethro Bowl" my parents nicknamed on my behalf. Still eating Loops and Charms from it this very day!:) . I believe I first inaugurated it the summer of 1965. Had been in the family for some time before that. It originally belonged to my Grandmother. It has got to be getting close to being 80 years old. No :steamer:. Part of a mixing bowl and casserole dish set made by Corning under the brand name Pyrex. It's a 2qt mixing bowl lot 24. I believe that to be the second month of 1940??? It used to have a frosted green color on the sides. The casserole dish you see with the left over spaghetti still has its frosted yellow color on the sides.

Do you do your gazintas when eating from the Jethro bowl? You need to know those when cipherin.

I had a Raleigh Chopper 5 speed with the twin stick shifter. Higher class than those 5 speed Stingrays and Crates.;)

Man we're old......... and yes I still eat Captain Crunch.:lol2:

Nice flying bro.:way_to_go:

Thanks Mike. At least I did not pull one of my  that time. Did you hear my buddy say "you don't have to hover"?.......Over..

Going to do another mod with it by upgrading the elevator and rudder servos to Blue Bird BMS390DMH. I get to much "blow back" with the stock servos. Hope to get some crisp KE spins and tight waterfalls with it.

@rmyers Have you flown your QQ300 yet?

I tried last Monday. I was using a new battery and didn't check the CG. I must have installed it too far back because the plane was terribly pitch sensitive. I managed to get it landed but popped out the new gear and lg plate. I'ts repaired and waiting for my next fly day. I would have sworn that the added weight of plywood, carbon fiber, t-nuts, socket head bolts, and epoxy would have easily moved the CG forward. Guess what it didn't. The plane barely balances on my fingertips with the battery (Gator 2200mah) all the way up to the firewall. I might hang it in my vanessa rig this weekend and verify where the CG actually is rather than using my fingertips.

The 2200 3s on mine made it a bit nose heavy all the way up front on mine. How do you have the expo set inside the Aura 8? Factory settings are a bit to light and need to be increased. I also dialed down the gain on the rudder to .04 from .08. Plane does not want to wiggle now at higher speeds.
