Oh man and how!! Amazing what doubling the square footage can do. The Eagle is on one table, the Bulldog on another, the Laser and Extra on the floor by the ramp door, a charge station on the wall by the ramp door. The sand blaster, compressor, vac, and monster truck completely out of the build area/way, and an upgraded a/c designed for a room twice the size. Only thing left is the cabinets and shelf in the front need to go to the back side end wall. But I won't do that until the mud and paint has been done and I will probably wait until winter to do that.
I actually have enough room I could break out another table for the BadAss Bipe but I don't want that many pots on the fire.

For those that have not been on the Laser thread the last few months have been quite chaotic. Hobby wise, the short version is, the shop had to be moved and being I could use more space I bought another shed. The existing one is 14x24 and the new one 12x24, and were butted together nearly doubling my space. There is some work still needing to be done, such as mud, paint, replacing some siding, but I will wait until winter to do that. Here is some pictures with descriptions to brings it up to where I am at now.

That is beautiful shop and you can really move around without tripping over something and have enough space to several working stations while glue is drying. Have one question the floors look immaculate, now what happens when you spill glue, CA, and what ever else on the floor, or like I did the other day spilled a small can of paint on the floor while I was touching up an aeroplane. That floor looks perfect.

Thank you! And don't spill anything.. lol. I have a small concrete mixing tub I use for working with all liquids of any volume, small stuff can be wiped up if done immediately. These laminates, the really cheap stuff, can taking a licking to a certain point that is why I used them in the rentals. I have the really good stuff, Pergo, in the house and you if you just look at it wrong it will scratch. We ended up buying a box, not a pack but a box, of the furniture floor pads and they are under everything.

Had a bunch of little things I had to get done today and could not focus on the sanding of the Challenger. But in and out of those things I have got most of the new wire bent up for the Eagle's LG.
Anyone know what would be best for cutting aluminum? I have the gear made by TNT but need to remove a lot of metal to lighten it up. It is a solid piece of aluminum bent to fit and a little thicker than 1/4".

This is the gear, it weighs 4lbs 7.2oz, the old wire gear weighs less than 2 lbs. I have marked areas I think would be safe to remove.
