I really like this idea. What exactly are you using to hang those boyz from by their gear?

I live in the Chicago area. Any concerns about cold storage in an unheated garage? Mostly concerned about the humidity and temperature changes that occur all winter long

I don't think the cold will hurt them. Especially lipos. Heat is there enemy. I have heard of guys buying extra packs and putting them on the freezer to have them last longer.

They were anchored 8 into a 12 foot long 2x6. Then I covered them in pool float noodles for padding.

I know it may be a bit of a necro thread bump, but I never thought of hanging them like this, awesome idea. And I think I can adapt it to the trailer for some smaller planes I am always trying to squeeze in around the larger planes
