I've got a mix of SWB, Spot On and Hangar 9. I've been using the little blue stock Hitec aluminum one on the throttle.

I think H9 has had a design change. The ones on my current project(new old stock?), came installed from factory, the pic of the other I just purchased for different project.

Xtreme by DeFinition !
Aluminum all the way if the servo is metal, if not it's plastic.
Secraft, HK, SBW and so on...
All works great.

I like 'em "BIG"!
Aluminum for me. I've been getting mine from a source on ebay. I have them on all my planes. Not one single issue. Fit Hitec spines perfectly.

I try to keep the $ in the states and besides they are all pretty much 10 bucks a piece.

So looks like the majority of us here use aluminum (to no surprise).

I just ordered just some Spot On anodized black arms from Aztech Aeromodel for the yak. Azhar is a great guy, even shipped them out on a saturday!

Flying a 3D toy with short arms just sucks. I was bored after the first flight!
