If it has a gas engine on it I use aluminum, always SWB (personal preference).

Got my SpotOn arms today. These things are nice. Sucks I broke a flathead tip off in one... I think I need to trek out to the club tomorrow afternoon...

I use aluminum too, although I have used the HiTec fiber arms on 100cc stuff with good success too.

On a side note, does anyone know of a servo arm puller besides this one that Secraft offers -> http://www.secraft.net/shop/step1.php?number=1369&b_code=B20090414105628&c_code=C20120110071914

It's limited to a few Secraft arms only.

I have a Sherline mill and lathe, but don't have the time to make one

I usually just take a flathead screwdriver and carefully pry the servo arm up from the bottom.

Yeah, I've done that too, but was just tinkerin around for a more elegant solution.
Maybe when I retire I'll design one and get rich

I think H9 has had a design change. The ones on my current project(new old stock?), came installed from factory, the pic of the other I just purchased for different project.

I noticed the same thing on the ones I purchased for the ultimate. Different than the ones on my extra. Hummm?

The first H9 arms had design defects that allowed them to fail. The V2 arms do not.
