I use a ZTW BEC set to 8V.

It can run at both voltages if one wishes to. For example, some power expansion systems only operate at 6 volts. Other people run direct 2 cell lithium voltage. It's a drop in replacement for your current servos

I actually don't know. I thought this rig was so cool, I just talked to the team guy that built the rig about it and never looked at what was actually being tested. Sorry.
