Help! Setting up 4 aileron servos 37% edge

Hey guys, am having a problem setting up my servos on the ailerons , I did set it up as 4 aileron servos 2 per wing...can anyone suggest the procedure on how to center them, and how to use the sub trim so the servos work together ...servos are blue birds.. Radio is dx 18

Here is @Terryscustom video on servo matching and he goes through the whole procedure using a DX18. I followed this video when setting up four aileron servos on a hangar 9 edge for a buddy in his DX9. Worked awesome.

Yup the Terryscustom video is pretty good. Setting them up close mechanically is key, then use the servo balancing feature in the radio to fine tune them.
