Working on that myself, going Lion on everything. Already switched my ATX SD-10GS battery to a Fromeco 2600.

More important than capacity is voltage. Sullivan Skywriter pumps prefer over 6vs. A LION 7.4v pack is perfect. If the voltage is too low the pump runs like crap at slower settings (when mixed to throttle at idle). The pump will handle 12v as well.

Absolutely, forgot that in my first post. The one Nimh pack I use on my Ulti is actually a 6 cell pack (7.2v).
