I've thought very seriously about moving up to that area. We visited the Colorado Springs area a couple of months ago and fell in love! I was a little concerned about the winters. I'm from Norman, OK so I'm used to some crazy weather, but don't know quite how bad it gets up there.

I can relate to that statement...I was stationed at Camp Smith overlooking Pearl Harbor for 2 years then got sent back to Camp Lejeune North Carolina. Needless to say, I had geographical withdrawals from about three months. I miss Hawaii and plan to go back for a visit sometime in the future.
