Admins should be aware of the spam postings. I think this morning there were as many new spam posts as there were posts/replies to ongoing threads.

The first time new post delay/review is a good suggestion until there is a solution to keep spammers from gaining access to the site.

Good idea, another is simply a verification email before accounts can be activated and or using CAPTCHA during the log-in process.

Good idea, another is simply a verification email before accounts can be activated and or using CAPTCHA during the log-in process.

CAPTCHA only verifies that a human is posting, eliminating bots.
It does not filter out the humans spamming.

I cleared them out this Morning. Just remember guys I work my "day job's" Mon and Wed from 7am - 2am usually so my ability to eyeball the site is pretty low on those days... but I deleted their asses tis morning!
