Gridley hit it, sex and lots of it. Loud rough sex, that make your neighbors blush when you walk out the house. Then a good nap :sleep: If your still stressed, repeat as needed.

Pull out a plane that you really don't care about and fly it like you stole it! You'll relieve some stress and maybe learn a new move or two in the process. If you crash, laugh it off, throw it in the dumpster and drive away.



Or buy a motorcycle, they are great stress relievers too
