I just read through that smoke out thread on FG so I was worried after I posted that.

Some things are just better avoided, that thread is one of them. I will say that it speaks to the character of the people involved in the incident that no punches were thrown. I have seen that exact scenario devolve into fisticuffs when someone smoked down the flightline while another pilot was trying to land. Luckily, the pilots who were up at the time are serious pros and can handle almost any situation. I'm all for thick smoke, with thick smoke comes great responsibility.
