Thanks guys, and yes, it could have easily ended in a heli ride (or worse, a "wedoitall-ride"). I'm soaking it with some high-quality craft ale right now, so all should be well in the morning.

Sadly, no. I went back with a sledge hammer to finish her off but I guess it didn't hurt her too badly, couldn't find her anywhere.

Got t-boned by a deer today on my bike. I was ripping through a right hand sweeper, doe and fawn were on the shoulder, and of course they dodged the same way I swerved. The doe's head smoked my knee, and at ~80 mph, THAT HURTS. Luckily it spun her around and her head was all that hit me, so it didn't crash me.

Busted a fairing on my radiator, and bent a molded-in mounting stud over, but that's it.

I've heard of playing al green when giving the old lady a ride... I don't think that song choice would work the same...

ive hung out with Pepper Kennan of COC a few times. if you never listen to any Clutch you need to. they've been out since 91, ive seen them live 40 some times so far. best band live ive ever heard.
