I use a Ninja blender and put in about 3 cups of ice, a can of coke, a cap full of the soda stream coke syrup, a little water and 2-3 ozs of Jack. Blend, taste and adjust to your liking.

They are classified as "garden homes" and are built on a zero lot line. 20-30 years ago, I would have never considered buying one. Now that I am older there are several advantages to them and I am quite happy with this one.

Probably because the street, front of the house and driveway are not visible in the photo.

From the photo the houses seem to be sandwiched together with not roads or driveways. I guess the street runs parallel to the bottom of the photo.
