In other words, bring your brain to the flight line with you every time and don't fly full throttle the whole darn time or you will likely be reprimanded. Lots of awesome flying can be had with much less than full throttle rollers constantly from one end to the other.

that's how i'm reading it tooI think the requirement will be to meet AMA noise standards. What you do to meet those standards are up to you.
